A native of Morristown, she holds a Master's of Science in Teaching degree. She said she is "SUPER excited about my new position. Middle schoolers are my favorite group of people. I love their quirky, curious minds and their zest for life."
Math 8 created the real number line using the natural, whole, integer, and rational numbers. Irrational numbers will be added later!

Two of her children graduated from Roscoe and her granddaughter is a student here. Her goal for the year is to increase positivity by fostering a growth mindset."
Don't miss the PTA happening this week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, to Friday, Sept. 23, in the gymnasium. The fair will also be open during the RCS Block Party from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22.

He received his master's degree in adolescent education and bachelor's degree in history from Utica College. Before coming to Roscoe, he worked in the Office of Residence Life, The Culinary Institute of America. This year, his goal is to explore the greater Roscoe area.
Seventh and eighth graders worked on group timeline projects on American history. The seventh graders focused on the first part of American history, from the first humans in North America through the Civil War, and the eighth graders covered the end of the Civil War to present day. It is a great introduction to all the events they will be covering in class.

Her goal for the year is 'to try and attend more of my kids sporting events.'"
Sullivan County Department of Public Health will host a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics over the next three months. Offered will be Pfizer vaccines for those 6 months to 4 years old, first, second and third doses; first, second and boosters for those ages 5 to 11; as well as booster shots for those 12 and older. The Moderna booster for those 18 and older will also be offered. Clinics will be held at the Sullivan County Department of Public Health at 50 Community Lane in Liberty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, Sept. 17, Oct. 8 and Nov. 19, and at the Monticello Firehouse at 23 Richardson Ave. in Monticello from 3 to 7 p.m. Fridays, Sept. 16, Oct. 7 and Nov. 18. Registration may be done at vipstarnetwork.com/registration. Walk-in are also welcome.

Geometry and PBJ … How do they go together? Geometry students had to write directions for creating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. We ended up with some crazy ‘sandwiches’! Braden was the first to make a successful sandwich! This lead to a discussion about the importance of details and directions, which will be very useful when dealing with constructions and proofs!

RCS seniors and their advisers spent Labor Day Weekend fundraising for a senior trip. The class thanked the Farmers' Market and the Ladies Auxiliary for inviting them to participate on Sunday.
